Patient Module deals with all functions for an individual patient.

Once a patient has been selected (or added) you can then enter new information (Referral Details, Notes, Letters, Financial Transactions, Claim details, Chart entries, Forms, Images and Recalls), edit existing information, delete entries, display and print entries, and print labels.

Functions that are for multiple patients will usually be completed in the Office module e.g. receipting a payment for multiple patients.

 

Edit

Allows you to edit the Registration screen to change details.

Print

Prints the Registration form out in full.

Label

You can print any labels from here.
