All out-going electronic mail that is sent to, or on-behalf of, the patient, will be included in the list in the 'MailOut' tab.
The message types are:
- SMS (txt) messages
- Standard email
- Secure (HL7) email
- Status letters (RSD)
- Healthdocs
- Faxes from SPM
Refresh | Refreshes Mail-Out display. |
RSD messages in period report. Copies of Faxes sent | |
Cancel | Ability to cancel a queued SMS message that has not already been sent. |
Placing the mouse cursor over an email will cause the email message to appear.
SMS Replies
SMS replies also appear in the SMS section. The reply may not appear under the original SMS message as they are listed in date order.
