SPM/PHM online help is temporarily unavailable

Incisive have been notified, by the hosting provider of SPM/PHM Online help, that there are known, severe, security vulnerabilities affecting their platform.

As a precaution, we have temporarily disabled remote access to the SPM/PHM online help until we are satisfied that the hosting system has suitable protection.  This means that the menu option in Help > SPM Help or Help > PHM Help will not be accessible.

ACC fee changes - 1st July 2023

Elective Surgery

Elective Surgery Services variation goes live on 1 July 2023. ACC have not informed us of the specific increase, however our calculations indicate the prices have increased by 5.13%.  We have asked ACC to confirm this but have not yet received a reply.  You should confirm this rate before making changes using the percentage update option.

Update 410.2 is now available for the Incisive SPM & PHM applications

Update 410.2 is now available for both the 'Specialist Practice Manager' (SPM) and 'Private Hospital Manager' (PHM) applications.

This version does require that you have the Microsoft .NET 4.8 Framework installed on your computers so please make sure that you have all the latest Windows updates installed or download and install the 4.8 Framework separately.

Sending a COVID questionnaire with appointment reminders

A COVID19 screening questionnaire is able to be sent to the patient on an ad-hoc basis or automatically included with the SMS reminders that are sent just prior to their appointment. The patient can complete them on their phone and their reply is delivered back to you then imported and displayed in the patient's Notes. 

This does require the Incisive inFORM application to present the questionnaire to the patient and manage the delivery of their answers back to you.
