ACC Digital Services - Scheduled Outage

ACC have advised the following outage:

"There will be scheduled maintenance to ACC Digital Services on Saturday, 15 June 2024.

The following digital services will be unavailable from 7.00am until 6.00pm:

  • All API Services including Claim and Invoice Submissions/Queries
  • eBusiness Gateway
  • ACC45 eLodgement form
  • Sensitive Claims Engagement form

ACC apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."

ACC Elective Services price update

ACC have provided an update to their Elective Services contract prices, effective from the 1st March 2024.  

This price increase of 0.75% is related to the Nurses Pay Equity settlement.  

A new option in the Incisive Price Import app allows you to choose to only apply the increase to the Hospital/Facility allocation and not make any adjustments to the amounts payable to the surgeons or anaesthetists.

ACC have advised that they are aware that there is currently an issue with their API services which is affecting claim/invoice queries and submissions. Claim query and Claim number allocation are also affected.

Urgent investigations are underway and they will advise as soon as this is resolved.

ACC  apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Your submissions/queries for both claim and invoice should now be successful.
