Security Warning when trying to access BPAC to submit an ACCe18

A number of clients are reporting the following security warning when trying to access BPAC.  This may be in relation to recent Windows updates.

Please amend your Lead Provider and Facility information which appears on the ARTP.  This can be amended via:

Setup - Hospital

The lead provider is now: Allevia Hospitals.

The facility is either:

  • Allevia Hospital Epsom (previously Mercy)
  • Allevia Hospital Ascot (previously Ascot)

 The contract number is ESS0528.

Investigating database connection issue - Incident resolved

The issue stemmed from restrictive access rights to a core database system. This has been resolved and we can confirm email is now flowing as usual.

ACC Digital Services Outage Resolved

Last night at 8.08 pm ACC advised the following:

"Today's SendInvoice outage has now been resolved.

Any invoice submissions sent from 12.05pm on Wednesday 26 March until now should be resent, even though they show as successful submissions within your SendInvoice submission history.

Please let us know if you encounter any further difficulties.

We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, particularly nearing month-end.

ACC Digital Services - Outage

We have received the following notification from ACC:

"We are aware of an issue which is currently affecting SendInvoice submissions only.

Although your submissions appear successful, these have failed since 12.05pm yesterday and have not been received by ACC.

This is being investigated with urgency, and we apologise for the inconvenience.

We will be in touch as soon as possible with guidance on next steps."
