ACC Digital Operations have advised that they are currently experiencing an issue affecting the eBusiness Gateway, which is preventing users from accessing the website.

This is being investigated with urgency, and they apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

We will let you know once this has been resolved.

ACC Digital Services - Scheduled Outage

ACC have advised that there will be scheduled maintenance to ACC Digital Services this weekend.

  • Saturday, 16 August 2025 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Sunday, 17 August 2025 from 8:00am to 2:00pm

This means you will not be able to query any invoices submitted during the above period. However, ACC45 claim and invoice submissions are not affected, and all other ACC Digital Services will remain available during the maintenance period, including API services.

ACC have advised that there will be scheduled maintenance to ACC Digital Services on Wednesday, 23 July 2025.

The following digital services will be unavailable from 6:00pm until 11:00pm.

  • eBusiness Gateway

Please note you may not be able to query any newly lodged ACC45 claims or invoices submitted during the above period. However, ACC45 claim and invoice submissions are not affected, and all other ACC Digital Services will remain available during the maintenance period, including API services.

Update on the new Assessment Report and Treatment Plan (ARTP) – VCF015

Testing of the new ARTP format in the Specialist Practice Manager (SPM) application is just finishing, with the XML export function (for sending Healthdocs) having passed.

We will have a new version of SPM, with this revised ARTP, available in time to meet the August 7th deadline requested by ACC. Because of the number of practices / computers that will require this update simultaneously, you may need to engage your IT provider to assist with the updating your computers, if you are
