ACC Digital Operations have advised the following:

"We are aware that there is currently an issue with the Create Invoice function only on eBusiness Gateway and this is preventing users from submitting invoices.

All other functions on eBusiness Gateway such as claim, invoice and remittance query is not affected.

We are looking into the cause and will advise as soon as this is resolved.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."

Most of of clients no longer submit claims via the eBusiness Gateway so this will not affect those clients submitting invoices using the API, although it may impact on those trying to do a remittance query via this channel.
