We are aware that clients are experiencing issues with online verification's and other online claiming issues with Medicare.  This issue is beyond our control.

Claiming.com have advised the following:

We are currently experiencing an outage in the connection from claiming.com.au to Medicare Online and as a result certain services are offline.

We are currently investigating and speaking with Medicare to get this resolved as quickly as we can. As soon as we have more information on this issue, we will let you know.
