Emails being rejected

If you are experiencing some of your emails being rejected by the receiving email server it is probable that you have not elevated your send-email settings to use the TLS security protocol which will encrypt your out-going emails.  Many email servers will reject emails that are not encrypted.

Medicare & Health Funds update - 1 Nov 2020

Medicare, DVA, other Government agencies and most of the Health Funds participating with ECLIPSE have updated their fee schedules for use from the 1st November 2020.

Secure Messaging available in next release of SPM

Incisive are very pleased to announce the imminent release of new capability in the 'Specialist Practice Manager' application, for Australian clients, that provides functions that are part of the Secure Messaging initiative of the Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA).

  • enhanced searching across multiple secure messaging providers using a linked Provider directory service
  • interoperability and message exchange with different secure messaging provider

The AHSA Access Gap Cover (AGC) maximum co-payment changes from 1 July 2020.

From this date, each provider will be able to charge the patient a gap of up to $500 per episode.
