Serious Performance issues from Medicare

Claiming.com have just made us aware that there appears to be a major issue with the Medicare Webservices API. Items that are currently failing at above normal acceptable levels are: At this time it appears the issue is a pure rejection of calls being made, a generic "error" response in the return payload, no pattern has been identified at this time. Medicare and some of the Health Funds have updated their schedules since 1 July 2023. A list of the Health Funds that are available to use in the Incisive application, with the date of their latest fee schedule, is available from this link. Update 410.2 is now available for both the 'Specialist Practice Manager' (SPM) and 'Private Hospital Manager' (PHM) applications. This version does require that you have the Microsoft .NET 4.8 Framework installed on your computers so please make sure that you have all the latest Windows updates installed or download and install the 4.8 Framework separately. NSW SIRA/Workcover have a new fee schedule from 1st Dec. BUPA have implemented a national fee schedule from 1st December and allow the specialist to participate in either a Known-Gap or No-Gap Scheme. https://www.bupa.com.au/for-providers/bupa-medical-gap-scheme-whats-changing. This means the existing fee schedules cannot be used for new services or treatment and you will need to add BUPA-KnownGap or BUPA-NoGap as new Health Fund policies.
