The latest schedule of rebates fromMedicare, DVA and each of the Health Funds can be downloaded and imported or you can do it directly from the Utilities module in SPM.

Go to Utilities > Import > Health Funds

PROBLEM:

On occasions, referral documents that have been submitted using the SR Referral portal, provided by Cervin Media, may be visible in the portal but are not being downloaded by the Incisive application.  

CAUSE:

If the referral is read in the SR referral portal, it causes the referral to be marked as being 'read', which causes it to become unavailable to the Incisive application.

SOLUTION:

In the SR portal, select the referral and change the status to 'Unread'

When exporting files from within SPM (example -Utilities -Export -Export Doctors to CSV file) from a Terminal Server, you might not get the option to save to the C: Drive on the local PC.

To save locally, edit the Save Path to include;

\\TSCLIENT\C\directoryname\filename     

where directoryname= the local directory on the PC  and filename=name the file will be saved as
