<title><![CDATA[SR Referrals not importing]]></title>

On occasions, referral documents that have been submitted using the SR Referral portal, provided by Cervin Media, may be visible in the portal but are not being downloaded by the Incisive application.  
CAUSE:
If the referral is read in the SR referral portal, it causes the referral to be marked as being 'read', which causes it to become unavailable to the Incisive application.
SOLUTION:
In the SR portal, select the referral and change the status to 'Unread']]></description>
