Windows 11 update causing problems with remote connections .

A recent Windows 11 update has caused a change to the options when you connect to Incisive inCLOUD.  There has been no information from Microsoft about this change so we have not been able to forewarn you earlier.

When you initiate the connection, you will be presented with some options to choose for your connection to Incisive inCLOUD. 

The first prompt will be a warning.  Choose the 'I understand...' option.  This will not

Medicare, DVA & Health Funds updated fee schedules.

Medicare, DVA and most of the Health Funds have updated their schedules since 1 November 2025.

A list of the Health Funds that are available to use in the Incisive application, with the date of their latest fee schedule, is available from this link.  The list of Medicare items that have been added or modified is available from this link.

Importing the latest Medicare and Health Fund fee schedules is performed in Utilities > Import > Health Fund rates. Instructions for the import process are

This update provides a summary of the planned NZePS Broker API change scheduled for Wednesday, 22 October 2025, 8:00pm to 11:00pm.

 

Important: During this time, the NZePS Broker API will be unavailable. However, prescribing and dispensing systems will continue to function. Any prescriptions or dispensing made during the outage will be reinstated once the change is completed.

LATROBE HEALTH SERVICES JOINS ACCESS GAP COVER FROM 1 OCTOBER 2025

Latrobe Health Services will participate in AGC from 1 October 2025.

If you are already registered with AHSA's AGC scheme, you do not need to register again for Latrobe Health Services. 

For services on or after 1 October 2025 start claiming on behalf of Latrobe Health Services members using the AHSA AGC schedule.

What you need to do:

After you have finished claiming for services up to and including 30 September 2025 change the

  1. Setup – Contacts – Health Funds.
