Medicare response times: Possible drop in performance

Claiming.com have advised the following in relation to the verification and claiming submission problems that started yesterday:

NOTE: Bad and worsening performance as of 8:44 am.

Medicare have confirmed over the phone that their issue is on going, while we monitored an increase in performance overnight and they are currently responding to about 50% of traffic which is better than yesterday, they are likely to see an increased drop off as the traffic increases.

You should expect issues today.

ACC Digital Services - Outage - Resolved 12:41 pm

ACC Digital Operations have advised that there are aware that there is currently an issue with:

  • Claim Submissions
  • Invoice Submissions
  • Invoice Queries

They are looking into the cause and will advise as soon as this is resolved.

ACC Digital Operations have advised that they are aware that there is currently an issue with API submissions for:

* ACC45 claims
* Invoice
*ACC18 Medical Certificates

They are looking into the cause and will advise as soon as this is resolved.

ACC Digital Services Outage - Resolved

ACC Digital Operations have advised that ACC online services are now back up and running.

The issues affecting Invoice and Medical Certificate API Submissions have now been resolved. 

If you unsuccessfully attempted to submit any invoices or medical certificate, please resubmit them.
