Photos not uploading from inTOUCH on phone

Occasionally you may experience a scenario where photos, taken from the inTOUCH app on your mobile phone, are not uploaded to the patient's records.

There are several areas to investigate:

  1. The photos are downloaded by the Message Centre so you need to:
    1. have it open, to trigger the download, which runs in the background.
      If the Message Centre is closed before all the files are downloaded, they will remain ready to be retrieved the next time it is opened.
    2. your Operator settings need to have the option to 'Import inTOUCH' enabled in Setup > Personnel > Operator > Edit

  2. The photos weren't uploaded because the phone was disabled before the photo upload process had completed.
    If you have taken a number of photos in succession, it can take a minute or two before they have completed the upload.
    You should wait and ensure the phone is still active until you see the following green tick, which indicates the files were successfully uploaded.
