A Task is used to check that a service or responsibility has been completed.

The Task is based on the internal messaging system and combines the messages with prompts for achieving outcomes by a due date.
If the patient is new, when a task is made it will automatically create a new referral to the Provider that is currently selected. The referral will need to be updated when the patient sends back the online registration form or presents for their consultation
