Medicare Australia have provided an online dashboard displaying the status of the Medicare, DVA and Eclipse claiming system. https://www2.medicareaustralia.gov.au/pext/ECLIPSEMonitor/external/eclipse_status.jsp#up If your claims are not being processed it would be worthwhile to use the dashboard as an initial check. | |
