This shows items that have been received electronically by Healthlink or other messaging carriers. You can change the Note Type for these RSD, Lab/Xray results from within notes.

Select the Mailin you wish to change, highlight and select edit.

Either select from the drop down the Name you wish to change it to or Select Add to add another field.
