Messages in the Unclaimed tab are the messages that cannot be automatically assigned to a particular Provider - usually because the NZMC number or Provider ID is incorrect or missing.
These messages need to be Assigned to a Provider before they can be linked to the patient's file.

To easily view an attachment just click on the document and the Patient and Attachment Details panels will collapse so that the document can have a larger viewing area.
