Setup > Templates > Labels > Edit

Alter the formatting, position of text or merge fields as required.

In the example above of the Patient Label supplied with SPM, note that the telephone numbers have been positioned on the left-hand side of the label, where as the GP and Referring Doctors are positioned on the right. This is because the length of the phone numbers is fixed and known, where as the Doctors' names may be quite long. In this way, the left side items (when retrieved from the patient's file and printed on an actual label) will not overflow beyond the right end of the label.
