Some hospital like to quote Fixed-Price procedures inclusive of GST and as a nice round number. Very few numbers are evenly divisible by nine, so therefore the amount exclusive of GST, plus GST will not add up to the quoted Fixed Price Fee. 

To get around this problem do the following:

1. Create a Stock Category for the GST Rounding Adjustment. The GST Applicable field should not be ticked.
   
   
   
2. Create Stock items for $0.01 and -$0.01 cents that can be used to adjust the Fixed Price Procedure prices up or down as necessary
   
   
   
3. Key the Stock Used, including the GST Rounding Adjustment. On the invoice this will then give the required whole dollar value.
