Booking History

For the additions, changes and deletions made to a patient's booking, in PHM – Appointment Book, highlight the patient name in the grid, right mouse click and select History.
 

Patient History 

A record of the events and times during the patient's episode of surgery. Includes additions, deletions and changes to records, status & timers.
Print button in patient's Theatre Record.
