Any one that you order a test of investigation from, needs to be recorded.

Setup - Test Orders - Laboratories

To add a new Laboratory

  1. Select 'New' form the Laboratories tab.


     
  2. Complete the details as required.
  3. Select 'OK' to save the new laboratory entry.

Laboratory

Enter the name of the Laboratory, Radiology or Physiotherapy practice.

Type


As there is no standard layout for test order forms in Australia, different print styles are required.

Select the Type that best matches your requirements.


Lab Number

Against each Provider, enter the Lab Number. This will print on the forms that print out.
