If the patient already has a GROW chart record with a different maternity care provider, it is possible to utilise and build on that record using the 'Get Access' function.
To be able to link to their other record you must know the:
- GROW Chart ID Number
- Maternal height
- Maternal weight
- Ethnicity
- EDD
The patient should get a print-out from the other GROW service provider so that you have the exact information.
The patient needs to have a Pregnancy record created in SPM but NOT have a GROW chart
Use the 
symbol to link to the patient's existing GROW record.
Example 1: Patient=Jo Dreaver, Ethnicity=Maori, Height=165cm, Weight=50kg, Parity=0, EDD=02.11.2017.
