Downloading and Importing a Payment from ACC

1. Log on to the ACC  eBusiness Gateway.
2. Select Payment Advice
   
   
   
3. On the lower left of the page choose the Details and CSV radio buttons
   
   
4. Click Download
   1. Do not open the file up but 'Save As'
      
5. Then import into Incisive using  Office > Receipts > ACC Advice
