To get your allocated numbers you must telephone ACC on The National Helpline 0800222070 and ask them to allocate numbers without printed forms.

1. Once you have these numbers go to Setup > Provider > Form Numbers.
2. Select New
   
   
   
3. You will be asked for the Day Code - Please telephone Incisive for this
   
   
   
4. Fill in the appropriate numbers you have been allocated
   
   
   
5. Select 'OK'.
