The F11 key  is used as the keyboard shortcut to provide an electronic approval (signature) for letters or reports.

TO MARK DICTATION AS CHECKED

If the option to 'Confirm Dictation is checked ON (see Set-up > Provider > Dictation ), then before letters and notes can be 'Processed' via Dictation Mode, each entry must be checked and 'Confirmed'. Function Key F11 has been assigned for this purpose. In this way, only dictation that has been confirmed will be processed. Unconfirmed dictation will remain on the 'Check Dictation' tab for checking at a later date.
