The list of ACC Procedure Codes need to be imported to the Incisive database.  From time to time, if additional Procedure Codes are created by ACC, a newer set of codes will need to be imported.

In additional to the Procedure Codes and Description, the MBS-E codes that pertain to each Procedure are also added.
