SPM & PHM applications update v418.0
Update v418.0 is now available for the Specialist Practice Manager (SPM) and Private Hospital Manager (PHM) applications.
There are no major changes in the v418.0 update that will require training or change of workflow.
The Incisive inCLOUD application servers will be updated over the weekend of the 6th & 7th June.
To update on-premise servers or workstations at your practice or hospital, please send an email request to help@incisivesupport.com for a link to download the update files. A Knowledgebase article about updating on-premise installations is available from: Updating of SPM or PHM applications
The more significant improvements in this update are:
- NHI format change
On 1st July 2026, HealthNZ are introducing a new format for the NHI identifiers provided to new patients.
Existing format example: ZAA0083 New format example: ARE62RS
SPM & PHM will be able to use both the current and the new NHI formats.
Health NZ information: Upcoming changes to the NHI
- ACC45 claim created
A method of directly submitting a request for an ACC45 claim to the ACC portal, is available in Patient > Claims > ACC45. When the claim number is approved it will be provided back to you.
- SMS replies in the Message Centre now filtered to only display the replies with additional text from the patient. Doesn't display the SMS reply if it only says 'Yes' or 'No'.
