Scenario:

Printers are visible in Setup > Workstation > Configuration and you can send a print job to them, but the same printers are not listed in Setup > Printers so the offset and trays cannot be selected.

Solution:

The Incisive application needs sufficient permissions to be able to 'Manage' the printers. 

The User's Windows profile is likely to just have 'Print' and not 'Manage' permissions either just for one printer or all printers.  

In Windows > Printers & Scanners, find the printer and choose 'Printer Properties'.  Then go to the 'Security' tab.
