New phone needs Watchguard authentication token

If you have a new phone and use the Authpoint app to authenticate your connection to Incisive inCLOUD, you will need to activate a new authentication token.

Contact the Incisive Helpdesk (help@incisivesupport.com) informing them who the new phone is for and they will initiate the request to Watchguard.  An email with an activation option will be emailed to you very shortly. 

When you get the email, you can just scan the QR code using the symbol at the top of the display.
