Data that is received from forms is saved into a table and can be queried for analysis purposes. The resulting data set can be exported and using within a spread sheet or other report tool.
The types of forms that can save data to the table are:
- inFORM online forms
- Field Forms used in SPM or PHM
An example would be when you have a 'Feedback' survey that patients complete. Their survey can be viewed individually in the patients Notes, but you may also want to look at monthly, quarterly or annual trends from all the feedback surveys that you have received.
This option allows you to retrieve the data and use it in a spread sheet or other reporting tool.
