You can select to print either the Current GST Report or a Previous GST Report.

If Previous is selected, a list of all previous periods is listed showing the Report Start and End dates, the date originally printed and the amount payable or to be refunded.
If the Current GST Report is selected, you will be prompted "Is this the final copy". If Yes is selected, you will then be prompted with "Are you sure"? This action will close the current GST period and advance to the next period!" Advance the period only if you have finished finalising the GST return. Once advanced, any alterations to items in the period will appear as entries in the new (current) period.

The GST Report comprises a GST Analysis Report of all Expenses and Income that have a GST content, followed by a replica of the Goods and Services Tax Return. The figures can be copied to the Inland Revenue Department form. Box numbers are included to assist the transferring of the numbers to the correct field on the form.
