Allows you to easily trace patients that have been marked as 'Arrived'.  This can be sorted by location and across all providers.  Report gives detail of Location, Date, Time Arrived, Name of Patient, Phone Number, Email and Physical Address.  It can be reported for a single day, week or 4 weeks.

Make your selection by choosing Day, Week, 4 Weeks and select your last day.  Once the results come to the screen you can select a single patient or 'Export All Rows'.  Select Export and chose the location you wish the report to saved to.
