This report can be run by Group or User (optionally Current User only) and filtered to show:

• All categories or a selected Category, i.e. Consultations or Operations;
• All Appointment Types or a selected Appointment Type
• All Resources or a selected Resource;
• All Billing Types or a selected Billing Type;
• Any Appointment Book or a selected Book. 

Select to report either:

• All Patient (regardless of Arrival Status); or
• Patients who did not attend (status not marked as Arrived); or
• Only patients who have attended (status marked as Arrived).
