Advisory notice from GoFax

If you are using GoFax as your faxing service we are aware of a notice recently sent from them about the SSL digital certificate used by their service and problems it might cause with their API and integration.

Our checking and testing of the ability to send faxes from SPM has not found any issues arising and faxing appears to be working as normal.

However, please do your own check to see that your faxes are being sent by going into Utilities > Logs > Fax Logs.  If you do have a problem with recent faxes not going out please let us know by sending an email to help@incisivesupport.com
