'New' live feed of News and Knowledgebase articles from Incisive

With the latest release of the 'Specialist Practice Manager' and also the 'Private Hospital Manager' applications we have included a new 'News' function in the Message Centre which will provide you with the latest news and knowledgebase articles provided by Incisive Medical Systems. This means that as soon as we publish new information in our https://incisivesupport.com helpdesk portal you will also have that same article delivered to you in the Message Centre.  Incisive look forward to being able to use this feature to keep you up-to-date with improvements to the applications and new training videos and other self-help resources. We welcome any suggestions regarding how we can improve the use of this function. One thought we have already had is whether it would be useful for you to be able to publish your own 'News', but only visible for your own staff to read? | |
