Medicare have provided an updated schedule of benefits for November. Only the Health Funds that use Access Gap Cover (AHSA) or Medical Gap (BUPA) have updated their fee schedules. These are included in the latest Rates.Aus file which is now available to download and import into SPM. A list of the Health Funds that are available to use in the Incisive application, with the date of their latest fee schedule, is available from this link. Sending a COVID questionnaire with appointment reminders

A COVID19 screening questionnaire is able to be sent to the patient on an ad-hoc basis or automatically included with the SMS reminders that are sent just prior to their appointment. The patient can complete them on their phone and their reply is delivered back to you then imported and displayed in the patient's Notes. This does require the Incisive inFORM application to present the questionnaire to the patient and manage the delivery of their answers back to you. Use the camera or QR Read Complete article | |

Continuity of support services during COVID-19 lock-down
As has been directed by the Government of New Zealand, the whole country is in lock-down for a minimum of three days. This means that our office will not be physically staffed during this period, however the usual support services will still be provided as all staff are working and are fully provisioned to work from our various locations.
