Sometimes a lab result is sent to you incorrectly.  In the Message Centre > My Mail, marking it as 'Seen' will only hide it from the display but it will still be included if you use the 'Print All' option.

To completely remove the result:

  1. Go to the configuration icon (left-hand window - far left icon) and UNCHECK the option the 'Hide message if: Seen'

  2. Find and select the result to be deleted

  3. In the right-hand window, check you have the correct result selected then click on the Delete button (you may need to stretch the window further to see the icon).

  4. Go back into the configuration and check ON the 'Hide message if: Seen'

In the MyMail tab, select the SMS button.  The left-hand column has a check-box.  At the top of that column there is a check-box in the header which, if you put a tick in it, it will select all of the SMS entries.  Once they are all selected then right-mouse-click on any one of them an select the 'Seen' option, which will cause them all to be marked as 'Seen'.

The next step is to choose the option to 'Not display' items that have been 'Seen'.  In the left-hand panel, click on the left button (looks like a circular arrow) and then put a tick in the option 'Hide message if: Seen'.   This will cause all messages that have been marked as Seen to disappear from the lists.  You can make them appear again by unchecking the same option.

If you have turned on the option for the Message Centre to access files from either Dropbox or OneDrive, when you start the Message Centre you need to complete the login process to either Dropbox or OneDrive within three minutes otherwise the connection window is stopped.

If you try to use the login to Dropbox or OneDrive after the three minute period you will receive an 'Unable to Connect' or similar notification.

To enable the connection, close the browser tab, and refresh the 'My Mail' tab in the Message Centre by clicking on it, or restart the Message Centre.  You will then be again presented with the opportunity to login to Dropbox or OneDrive again.

The function in SPM/PHM to turn on the ability to connect to Dropbox or OneDrive is available in Setup > Personnel > Operators > Message Options.
